AWS down as Hundreds report Outages on World’s Largest Cloud Platform on DownDetector

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — seemingly the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform seems to have gone down affecting millions of customers and thousands of young businesses around the world.
AWS offers over 200 fully-featured services from data centers globally. Millions of customers — including the fastest-growing startups, largest enterprises, and leading government agencies use AWS to lower costs and to catalyse their business efforts.
Being in operation for over 15 years, AWS has been delivering cloud services to millions of customers around the world running a wide variety of use cases.
The status report at the Service Health Dashboard for Amazon seems to be showing no issues at this time.
AWS is one of the most widely-used cloud computing services in the world, so any issues can have major ripple effects for other web services and apps.
